Where is my confirmation email?
Sometimes our emails will end up in your junk/spam folder - please be sure to check there. 
 
How far in advance should I book?
We always recommend booking as soon as possible! Especially in our peak season of July/August, our parties will fill up several days in advance. So don’t miss out and be sure to book early.

What does “waitlist” mean?
Waitlist means that our party is at capacity and you cannot book. We suggest you look at another date if your planned party date is full. However, if you are not available on any other party days, feel free to reach out and we can let you know if we have space open up. 
 
Do you accept walk-ins?
It is a bit risky, but sometimes we have additional space for walk-ins if we have last minute cancellations or no shows. We strongly suggest booking online before, but we can accommodate walk-ins if space allows. Our check-in process runs from 2-3 pm at InBOX Bar, so this is where you would need to go.

When and where do we meet for the party?
We meet at InBOX Bar at 2pm for check in. Just head up the stairs and one of our team members will greet you! Here you can meet fellow party goers before we all walk together to the boat @3pm.
 
Can I pay by credit card?
Due to high demand, the full amount is now paid online.
 
When do we head to the boat?
We leave InBOX Bar at 3pm, depending on how fast our check in process is going. Our boat is a short walk from the bar.

When do we return to Split?
We return to Split’s port around 8pm.

Are there bathrooms available?
Yes, we have two onboard bathrooms for you to use.
 
Can we bring our luggage to the boat?
If you have hand luggage-sized bags, we can place them in our cabin. We just ask that you don’t bring any checked luggage size bags since those will not fit. Any bags that you will be needing throughout the day (with sunscreen, snacks, drinks, etc) can stay with you. 
 
Do you serve drinks or food?
We do! No outside drinks allowed, and we accept cash and card. 
 
Where does the boat go?
We explore the islands to the north of Split, with a swim stop at Croatia’s famous Blue Lagoon and a hidden bay.
 
Does the boat have shade?
Pale people, don’t fret! Our entire bottom deck is shaded, and we have an indoor seating area, as well as two different areas with sun for those looking to get their tan on.

How does the free club entry work?
Your ticket includes entry to some of the best nightclubs in Split. The venue will be announced the day of the event and you will get a wristband at check in which allows you free entry to the club.

IMPORTANT: Admission for our guests is only between 11:30pm and 1am, keep in mind that there's always a line outside clubs in Split... if you fail to arrive at the door by 1:00am you will no longer get free entry.

- Certain days the after party will start at 11pm, so make sure to pay attention to the crew and the announcements on the microphone, that way you can avoid disappointment and make sure you get free entry.

Cancellation

Are changes and cancellations free of charge?
*Please keep in mind that this event typically sells out days in advance.
 
Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 72 hours before the event.
 
You may cancel by whatsapp/phone ‭+385953850806‬, or email hey@splitboatparty.com,(mailto:hey@splitboatparty.com) Add your full name and booking date. 
 
-  Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. 🤑
-  Changes to your reservation are free of charge. Just keep in mind that this event sells out, therefore without sufficient  notice we may be unable to move you to your desired date. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
-  You may change your reservation up to 72 hours before the event.
- Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made over one week in advance. For cancellations made over 72 hours in advance, a 50% refund will be provided. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance.

Is there security on deck?

Yes! Our trained security staff are here to ensure everyone has a safe and fun time. They are dedicated to preventing any harassment, dangerous behavior, or anything that could harm you or others. Remember all our staff is here to help, so if you need anything, don't hesitate to ask. Additionally, the boat has CCTV cameras for added security and theft prevention.

Drinks and food

Bringing your own drinks is not allowed for safety reasons, but we've got you covered! Our well-stocked bar and kitchen offers a variety of drinks and food to satisfy any cravings, for your convenience, we accept both cash and card payments at the bar.

Bringing luggage on the boat

We offer a convenient luggage storage option (for a small fee) throughout the cruise. Bring anything you need for the day, like sunscreen, snacks, and drinks. Just remember, once you leave your luggage in storage, please avoid taking it out repeatedly for the smoothest experience for everyone.
