BOOKING
Dress code:
Mediterranean chic... Think of us as a floating club, as such we have a serious dress code policy. In order to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, it's preferable for you to wear whites, blues, or creams! Alternatively, chic summer vibes are welcome. (unless you have a super cool (stag or any) party costume, those we love 🥰).
- Women's swimwear is not subject to this dress code, but keep in mind that any cover-ups are included in the dress code policy
- Men's swimwear is subject to the dress code policy. Swimming in underwear is highly discouraged. Singlets / tank tops and athletic wear are prohibited.
Where is my confirmation email?
Sometimes our emails will end up in your junk/spam folder - please be sure to check there.
How far in advance should I book?
We always recommend booking as soon as possible! Especially in our peak season of July/August, our parties will fill up several days in advance. So don’t miss out and be sure to book early.
What does “waitlist” mean?
Waitlist means that our party is at capacity and you cannot book. We suggest you look at another date if your planned party date is full. However, if you are not available on any other party days, feel free to reach out and we can let you know if we have space open up.
Do you accept walk-ins?
It is a bit risky, but sometimes we have additional space for walk-ins if we have last minute cancellations or no shows. We strongly suggest booking online before, but we can accommodate walk-ins if space allows. Our check-in process runs from 1-2 pm at InBOX Bar, so this is where you would need to go.
Do I pay the full ticket amount online?
No, you pay an 15 EUR deposit on your ticket. The rest will be paid in person with cash (EUR) the day of, 1 pm at InBOX Bar. You can see your remaining ticket balance in your confirmation email.
CHECK IN
When and where do we meet for the party?
We meet at InBOX Bar at 1pm for check in. Just head up the stairs and one of our team members will greet you! Here you can grab a drink, meet fellow party goers, pay the rest of your balance, and take your welcome shot before heading to the boat.
Can I pay by credit card?
No, we accept only cash for the remainder of your balance and consumption on the boat.
Can I bring my own drinks at check in?
No, if you would like to get the party started, just grab a drink from the bar.
When do we head to the boat?
We leave InBOX Bar at 1:45-2pm, depending on how fast our check in process is going. Our boat is a short walk from the bar.
THE BOAT
When do we return to Split?
We return to Split’s port around 7-7:30 pm.
Are there bathrooms available?
Yes, we have two onboard bathrooms for you to use.
Can we bring our luggage to the boat?
If you have hand luggage-sized bags, we can place them in our cabin. We just ask that you don’t bring any checked luggage size bags since those will not fit. Any bags that you will be needing throughout the day (with sunscreen, snacks, drinks, etc) can stay with you.
Do you serve drinks or food?
We do! No outside drinks allowed, and it is cash only.
Where does the boat go?
We explore the islands to the north of Split, with a swim stop at Croatia’s famous Blue Lagoon.
Does the boat have shade?
Pale people, don’t fret! Our entire bottom deck is shaded, and we have an indoor seating area, as well as two different areas with sun for those looking to get their tan on.
AFTER PARTY
How does the free club entry work?
Your ticket includes entry to two top clubs in Split, Vanilla Club and Bačvice Beach Club. You can show your booking confirmation at the door for free entry.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Are changes and cancellations free of charge?
*Please keep in mind that this event typically sells out days in advance.
Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 72 hours before the event. You may cancel by whatsapp/phone +385953850806, or email hey@splitboatparty.com, Add your full name and booking date.
- Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. 🤑
- Changes to your reservation are free of charge. Just keep in mind that this event sells out, therefore without sufficient notice we may be unable to move you to your desired date. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
- You may change your reservation up to 12 hours before the event.
- Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days will incur a 35% fee.
- Cancellations made 48 hours or less inadvance are nonrefundable (deposit only, you won't be charged the remaining
balance)
Note: There is a refund processing fee (starting at 1€) that will be deducted from the deposit paid
