Terms & Conditions - Split Boat Party

1. General

​

1.1 By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1.2 All guests must comply with instructions from staff and crew at all times.

2. Changes & Reservations

​

2.1 Each booking may be changed once free of charge, subject to availability.
2.2 Changes must be requested at least 72 hours before the event.
2.3 Changes are only possible if the selected date is not sold out.
2.4 The new date must be within 7 days of the original booking.

3. Cancellations & Refund Policy

​

3.1 Standard Tickets (less than 30% discount)

  • 100% refund (minus €5 fee per ticket) if cancelled 7+ days before the event.

  • 50% refund (minus €5 fee per ticket) if cancelled between 72 hours and 7 days before the event.

  • No refunds for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event.

3.2 Discounted Tickets (30% or more discount)

  • Tickets purchased with a 30% or greater discount are non-refundable.

  • These tickets may be rescheduled once, subject to availability and at least 72 hours’ notice.

3.3 No-Shows

  • Failure to attend the event (no-show) results in no refund under any circumstances.

4. Cancellations by Boat Party Split

​

4.1 If the event is cancelled due to weather conditions, technical issues, safety concerns, maritime authority decisions, or other events beyond our control, guests will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Entry Policies

​

5.1 A valid ticket must be presented before boarding.
5.2 ID may be requested at any time.
5.3 Only sealed water bottles are allowed onboard; outside alcohol is prohibited.
5.4 Confiscated alcohol will not be returned.
5.5 Guests must follow all instructions from staff and crew.
5.6 Overly intoxicated guests will be denied entry without refund.
5.7 Check-in closes at the stated time. Late arrivals may be denied entry without refund.

6. Bar Policies

​

6.1 Staff may refuse service to any guest at their discretion.
6.2 ID may be required to verify legal drinking age (18+).

7. Liability & Assumption of Risk

​

7.1 By attending the event, guests acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to movement of the vessel, wet or slippery surfaces, alcohol consumption, swimming and water activities, and interaction with other guests.

7.2 Guests confirm they are physically and medically fit to participate and are responsible for their own safety and behavior.

7.3 Boat Party Split / Delfin Nautica d.o.o. shall not be held liable for injuries resulting from guest negligence, intoxication, or failure to follow instructions, nor for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

7.4 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boat Party Split / Delfin Nautica d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

7.5 Guests must follow all safety instructions from crew and staff at all times. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event without refund.

7.6 Guests are financially responsible for any damage they cause to the boat or its equipment.

7.7 Boat Party Split reserves the right to refuse alcohol service, deny boarding, or remove guests if behavior is considered unsafe or disruptive.

7.8 Any act of littering, disposal of waste into the sea, or pollution of the marine environment by guests is strictly prohibited. In accordance with applicable Croatian laws, such actions constitute an offence.

Guests found violating this rule will be subject to an immediate penalty fee ranging from €50 to €100, depending on the severity of the incident. This rule will be strictly enforced in cooperation with the Croatian police authorities.

Additionally, under the Croatian Criminal Code (Kazneni zakon, NN 125/11, 144/12, 56/15, 61/15, 101/17, 118/18, 126/19, 84/21, 114/22) and the Maritime Code of Croatia, pollution of the sea and environment may constitute a punishable offence, and offenders may be reported to the competent authorities for further legal action.

7.9 Guests are responsible for maintaining reasonable care while onboard. Any guest who spills drinks or other substances on the boat’s decks, furnishings, equipment, or surfaces in a manner that causes staining, damage, excessive cleaning requirements, or safety hazards may be held financially liable for cleaning, repair, or restoration costs.

Boat Party Split / Delfin Nautica d.o.o. reserves the right to charge a penalty fee ranging from €200 to €500, depending on the severity of the incident and resulting damages or cleaning costs. Repeated or intentional misconduct may also result in removal from the event without refund.

8. Itinerary Disclaimer

​

8.1 The itinerary may change at any time due to weather or safety conditions at the discretion of the captain.

​

9. Content & Media

​

9.1 By attending the event, guests grant permission for photos and videos taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes.

10. After-Party Disclaimer

 

10.1 Entry to after-parties is subject to the venue’s policies and capacity.
10.2 Boat Party Split is not responsible if entry is denied due to intoxication, behavior, or late arrival.
10.3 After-parties are operated by third parties; their rules apply.

​

11. Force Majeure

​

Boat Party Split shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including extreme weather, government restrictions, maritime authority decisions, strikes, pandemics, or safety-related issues.
