What to Wear and Bring to a Boat Party in Split

What to Wear and Bring to a Boat Party in Split
We keep this simple. Bring strictly the necessities, that way you will not forget anything.
Here is the list we would give a friend.

What to Wear Day Boat Edition
Swimwear underneath, always. Put it on before you leave your accommodation. When we anchor at the Blue Lagoon you want to be in the water, not queuing to change while everyone else is already in.
Something light over the top. A linen shirt, a loose tee, a cover up, a short sleeve button up. Anything you can throw on when you get off the boat to make sure you look presentable.
Footwear that survives a wet deck. Flip flops, sandals, or bare feet once you are on board. Avoid sneakers, no one wants to deal with wet socks.
Think about the club. Your ticket includes club entry later. The boat gets you back in port at 19:00 so you’re able to freshen up and get changed. Make sure you plan to go back to your accommodation or dress appropriately for a club.
What to Wear Night Boat Edition
Dress to impress. Although the party starts on the boat it’s more like a floating club and then you go straight to the actual club.
Not too strict. Split’s club scene doesn’t have a super strict dress code and you are able to enter wearing shorts and sandals just as an example of what is allowed.
Still a club not a gym. Just remember you are still going to a night club so although the dress code is not super strict still make sure you’re dressing to impress.
What to Bring
YOUR CARD: Bars are card only, no minimum spend. Cash is no use to you on board.
ID: Make sure you bring your physical ID or have a clear photo of it.
SUNSCREEN: Reef safe if you can. Don’t forget to reapply after the swim stop.
SUNGLASSES + HAT: Help keep you protected from the sun.
TOWEL: We don’t provide towels so make sure you bring your own.
WATERPROOF POUCH: Will keep your phone and valuables safe from the Adriatic.
WATER: Also sold on board, but a good idea to bring some for yourself.
SMALL BAG: Something to stay with you that can hold all your necessities.
What to Leave Behind
OUTSIDE DRINKS: Not allowed. Safety rule on a boat that goes 40 minutes from shore.
CHECKED BAGGAGE: No suitcases in the cabin. If you are checking out that day, use our luggage storage for a small fee.
VALUABLES: We have CCTV and trained security on deck, but a moving boat and a full day of swimming is not the place for jewellery or a passport you do not need.
GLASS: No glass, boating 101.
Seasonal Notes
June to August. Peak heat. Sunscreen is non-negotiable and shade matters. Our entire bottom deck is shaded and there is an indoor seating area, plus two sun decks if you are chasing a tan.
APRIL, May, September and October. Still sunny, just less intense UV. Can cool down in the evening on the boat ride back. Throw a light layer or a hoodie in your bag for the golden hour cruise home.
The Five Second Version
Swimwear on, towel, sunscreen, sunglasses, card, ID, small bag, light layer. That is it. Everything else is on the boat.
